Single-Pole Conductor Rails❯
160–3000 A · aluminium or copper conductor · IP23 safety design. A 6101 aluminium or copper conductor in a polymer insulation sheath delivers low-loss, shock-safe power to cranes, hoists and monorails.
Multipole Conductor Rails❯
Multi-conductor in one housing · fewest joints · fastest installation. Several conductors share one insulated housing — saving space, cutting installation time and giving far higher stiffness than single-pole rails.
Seamless (Joint-Free) Conductor Rails❯
50–170 A · joint-free copper · 99.99% conductivity. A PVC-insulated, joint-free system with continuous copper conductors in 3-, 4- or 6-pole versions; with no joint air gap, pressure resistance and reliability are far higher.
Tubular Conductor Rails❯
50–210 A · copper core · saves 15–20% energy. Extruded copper conductors in a high-polymer polyethylene sheath, served by a flexible multipole collector — compact, safe and 15–20% more energy-efficient than steel rails.
U-Shaped Conductor Rails❯
100 / 120 A · T2 copper · any pole combination. A T2 copper conductor with high-quality PVC insulation gives excellent insulation and safety; U-shaped rails combine freely for any pole layout with a minimal footprint.
Steel-Body & Steel-Aluminium Conductor Rails❯
400–3200 A · up to +150 °C · for steelmaking & ports. A copper or steel-aluminium composite conductor in a high-strength insulated support channel, mounted on the crane runway to power the moving machine.

Tenglin Electric (Shandong) Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015 in Qingzhou, Shandong, with a registered capital of ¥15 million. With 76 employees, the company focuses on the R&D, production and sales of conductor rails, seamless conductor lines and power busbar systems — from in-house extrusion and machining to final assembly and factory testing.
Products are designed and manufactured to the JB/T6391.1–92 and JB/T6391.2–92 standards, with ISO 9001 quality management, CE-type product certification and nearly 20 utility-model and invention patents. Where is Tenglin’s factory, and how much can you produce?
Our base is in Qingzhou, Shandong, where we run in-house extrusion, machining and assembly with 76 staff. Conductor rails and power busbars share the same quality system, so every batch is tested before it ships.
Is there a price list for conductor rails or busbars?
The main cost of any conductor-rail or busbar system is metal — copper, aluminium and steel. Because those prices move with the market, we don’t publish a fixed list; send us the project scope and we will quote against it.
What current ratings do you cover?
Conductor rails run from 50 A up to 6300 A, and power busbars from 320 A to 6300 A — covering cranes, hoists, monorails, automated lines and plant distribution.
How do I choose between a conductor rail and a power busbar?
Choose a conductor rail when power has to follow moving equipment — cranes, hoists and transfer cars. Choose a power busbar for fixed, high-current distribution in factories and data centres. If you are unsure, our engineers will size the system for you.
Do you provide installation support and documentation?
Yes. Each system ships with hanger-spacing charts, selection tables and an installation guide, and our team supports project engineering and on-site installation. Technical manuals are available in the Download section above.
