Compact (Sandwich) Busbar

The compact busbar (bus duct) is a distribution device for the efficient transmission of high current, built from high-conductivity conductors (copper/aluminium), insulation materials and accessories. It replaces traditional cable to achieve cost reduction, greater efficiency and flexible high-current distribution.
The hollow-centre design improves heat dissipation; the modular structure is compact with a small footprint; the flame-retardant shell is heat-resistant and self-extinguishing.

Air-Insulated Busbar❯
Air + slot insulation · best heat dissipation · lowest cost. Air-insulated bus duct uses air with slot insulation between conductors; natural convection gives the best heat dissipation of the three types at the lowest cost.
Cast-Resin Busbar❯
Cast in epoxy · IP66–IP68 · humid & corrosive. Cast-resin bus duct is cast in epoxy resin for excellent protection in humid and corrosive environments, with medium-to-high current and the highest ingress protection.
