Tenglin has commissioned a new 12,000 m² workshop at its Qingzhou manufacturing base in Shandong, effectively doubling annual capacity for conductor rails and busbar systems.

The building adds four automated production lines covering conductor extrusion, insulation co-extrusion, precision cutting and final assembly. Two of the lines are dedicated to tubular and U-shaped conductor rails, which account for a growing share of orders from port and logistics customers.

What changes for customers

• Annual conductor rail capacity roughly doubled to more than 1.2 million metres
• Standard product lead time reduced to 15–20 working days
• In-house bending and prefabrication for curves, arcs and incline sections
• Additional 1,800 m² of finished-goods storage for fast shipment of accessories

The expansion also adds a dedicated pre-assembly area where longer runs are trial-fitted on jigs before dispatch. Trial fitting of complex curves and joint sections at the factory reduces installation time on site and lowers the risk of on-site rework.

Production in the new workshop started in September 2026. Capacity is being ramped up gradually, with full utilisation expected before the end of the year.
