Tenglin has successfully completed the re-certification audit of its quality management system to ISO 9001:2015, with zero major non-conformities recorded.

The two-day audit covered product design and development, incoming material inspection, extrusion and assembly processes, final testing, and after-sales service. Auditors reviewed traceability records for copper and insulation materials, calibration of the test benches, and the handling of customer complaints.

Testing and traceability

Every production batch of conductor rail and busbar is tested for contact resistance, insulation resistance and dimensional accuracy, and results are linked to the batch number printed on the product label. Batch records are retained so that a specific installation can be traced back to the raw material supplier.

Certification is not a document, it is a set of habits. The audit is useful mainly because it forces us to prove those habits, batch by batch.

The certificate is valid for three years, with annual surveillance audits. A copy can be provided on request for tender documentation.
