The 2026 editions of the Tenglin conductor rail and power busbar technical manuals are now available for download, in both English and Chinese.

Both manuals have been restructured so that a system can be selected without prior experience: each chapter now starts with a selection table, followed by the parameters and the accessories required for that family.

What is new in the 2026 edition

• Model selection tables by current rating, travel length and environment
• Hanger spacing and support charts for each rail profile
• Installation checklists with torque values and expansion gap tables
• Troubleshooting section for contact wear and current collector alignment

The conductor rail manual covers single-pole, multipole, seamless, tubular, U-shaped and steel-body systems, including current collectors and accessories. The power busbar manual covers compact, air-insulated and cast-resin bus ducts with the corresponding joint, feeder and protection accessories.

Most support requests we receive are answered by one chart. Putting those charts at the beginning of each chapter saves everyone a week of e-mails.
